Chiropractic Care
Dr. Angela partners with her patients to help each person optimize their health potential. At any age, spinal health is a central key to that potential, because a well-functioning nervous system leads to a more active, healthier life. Dr. Angela utilizes a broad variety of chiropractic techniques to make each adjustment gentle, specific, and safe for every age. Her training includes manual and instrument adjusting, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Network Spinal Analysis, Bio-Geometric Integration, and she is Webster Certified for the care of expecting mamas.
Genetic Testing
Losing weight is not a “one size fits all” process. At Gateway we realize that every patient is different, and we work hard to make sure you achieve the results you’re looking for. Genetic testing allows us to work one-on-one with you to modify the program to best suit you and your body’s needs. How much does that matter? When compared to other well established and effective weight loss programs, the people that were on a meal plan specific to their genetic profile lost 2.5X more weight than those that were not on an indivualized plan.
Nutritional Supplements
Some essential nutrients have gone missing from our food chain. Dr. Angela helps you to identify which of those you need support with. The probiotics, omega-3’s, and other supplements that we carry help to get your system back on track, and keep it as healthy as possible, from the inside out. We only source from vendors with a long history of quality and safety, so that you can be sure you are using great products that benefit your overall nutrition and health. Our vendors include Innate Choice and Metagenics, some of the best-known lines in the nutrition industry.
Body Composition Analysis
A healthy weight goes far beyond just a number on the scale. What is your level of body fat? Is that healthy for your age and activity level? What about for tweens and teens? What is Visceral Fat, and how does it impact health? For our nutrition and weight loss patients, we explain and monitor all of these factors with a Body Composition Analysis system. Your health is too important to trust to a simple weight or BMI reading.
